Liked: Beds and pillows were very comfortable.
Disliked: Internet was spotty the second night.

The room temperature was very easily regulated. Staff very helpful. Breakfast, especially the pancakes, were amazing. Had a very enjoyable stay. Thanks.

Overall good stay! I will...

Liked: I liked how there was a room divider, and two TVs. I liked how there was a slide in the pool. The pillows were comfortable. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The swimming pool was very cold but what was worse was how the air conditioning was on in the swimming area. I did call a couple days prior to confirm that the pool and hot tub were working and upon arrival I found the hot tub was not working. A minor issue was the sink was plugged. Needs more lighting in the room.

Liked: Breakfast was adequate, but nothing special.
Disliked: Screen on the window was torn in several places, so we couldn’t open the window for fresh air without allowing insects in. Air conditioning was very loud; could not leave it running if making phone calls, watching tv, or sleeping. Hot tub was out of order when we arrived. We were told it would be fixed the following morning, but when we left 3 days later it was still not working. We specifically booked there because there was a hot tub. Premium prices for amenities that were not available. Room was not cleaned properly either. Staff came in and sloppily made the bed and replaced towels, but there was garbage on the bathroom floor that never got moved. Mirrors were streaky, as were the windows and shower glass. Surfaces were still dusty each day. Also, no safe in the room, no map of location of amenities provided, nor any information about nearby restaurants. Had to do our own searching. Not impressed!

Disliked: Check in counter staff was very bad. He was very rude to us. Till now they didn’t pay back our deposit money. Too bad

Pleasant

Liked: Friendly staff. Quiet location and rooms themselves were insulatd quite well.
Disliked: There were multiple broken / non-functioning appliances (microwave and jacuzzi bath's water jet). As I was staying short term, I didn't have enough time to fix them and use them.
