Liked: The reception staff were polite, welcoming and informative.Our room was very nice and clean, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the choice of a soft or hard pillow was a bonus.Breakfast was great, there was a big choice of hot and cold food, the sausage and bacon were quality.
Disliked: Just a little quibble, check out was 11 but when we came back to our room from breakfast we couldn't get in, meaning a trip back down to reception, everyone on our floor had the same issue. Also, maybe another coffee machine so that at busy times the queue isn't so long

Disliked: Room smaller then I expected once the sofa bed was made up not much space to get through.Would have been nice to have been welcomed with a smile and more welcoming voice. On departure no one was at desk to see us to ask how our stay was etc.
