Overall a pretty good stay...

Liked: The property had a great location right next to the rail line pretty much anywhere. Some staff were excellent.
Disliked: Not many facilities and shoddy repairs. Just not attention to detail. Some staff rude.

Liked: Convenient to where I needed to be.
Disliked: It was a non smoking property and someone was smoking pot on the sixth floor. I addressed it at the front desk. The clerk basically made excuses that the smell comes through the door and they were probably blowing the smoke out their window. Still smoking on the premises. Inexcusable. I was on the sixth floor. The halls reeked and it came through the vents into my rooms. I spend most of my nights coughing because of it. Having allergies that was very disrespective to others.Then I was denied a hot shower one morning and had to make other arrangements for a shower. How inconvenient. Which made the hotel inhabitable at that point. I paid for this hotel like everybody else. I would like a refund for at least two of my nights.

Disliked: The train noise. They should state on their website that the train is passing right at the hotel and making big noise...

Exceptional

Great value stay in Brooklyn.

Liked: The staff were helpful. My shower was cold at first. They sent someone immediately and got it fixed within 10 minutes. They clean every day.
Disliked: The water pressure was a little low on the 4th floor, but that's my only minor complaint.
