Ideal place to stay before...

Liked: Facilities were as you would expect from Holiday Inn. Position right by the station. Near to airport bus stop.
Disliked: The noise from the air conditioning.

Liked: Nice room that was clean. Central location good price
Disliked: Covid 19 caused restsurant to close no suitable offers of alternative food made. With local eateries closed guests were a captive audience with no food faciities yet food was obviously bought in advance for guests but not offered solution was a bread roll 1pat of buttetr a croissant and 3 pieces of 3 day old fruit. Hot breakfast could have been provided and guests could eat it in their rooms. Very poor service no common sense applied and just stonewalled by staff repeatedly stating "Head office policy" Consequently on way to Plymouth hungry.

Liked: Friendly, helpful reception and bar staff. Excellent for rail travel yet still walking distance to city centre and museum area. Breakfast gave more options than we expected - dinner good but too many items 'off menu' that night. Appreciated late (noon) checkout.
