Exactly what I needed. Will...

Liked: It exceeded expectations from previous Holiday Inn experiences. The room was great. The staff were helpful. The car park was ideal, as was the location. Breakfast was average - but more than adequate, and the bar in the evening was chock full of noisy teenagers on a sports tour - but that's not the hotel's fault. Bar even had a reasonable stock of Alcohol Free beer = big tick from me!
Disliked: nothing that I can remember!

Location, I.e. station principal advantage

Liked: Good breakfast.Staff pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: Very poor culinary offering in the afternoon a d evening.Pizza isn't everyone's choice.Alternative the alternative ....NO, NO, NO.

For 150 a night not...

Disliked: Creaky lift, broken shower, stained carpet,

Fine apart from fire alarm...

Friendly staff and good location

Liked: The staff made this hotel visit really great - friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to sort things out for us. The hotel itself was clean, functional, modern and in a great location for the station.
Disliked: The only thing we weren’t so keen on was the cooked breakfast choices. A few more options would have been great.
