Very good

This will be our hotel...

Liked: The location, the sunny room, the happy hour, and especially the breakfast. We’ve been travelling around Australia for a month and this was the best (hot food and replenished frequently) breakfast we had.

Exceptional

Budget and not overwhelmingly bad

Liked: Reasonable price. Location is ok..
Disliked: Small room. Bathroom a bit dirty and mouldy. Breakfast was terrible.

Disliked: Bar staff and admin staff

Sadly disappointing and not great...

Liked: Not much unfortunately but the staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
Disliked: Bed was rock hard, buffet breakfast was tiny and understaffed. Anyone off the street could walk in and get a free breakfast as there’s no check in. Also had to fight for a table each morning which wasn’t fun. Maybe allocated dining times are needed? Staff were friendly but I get the impression they are overworked. The fridge in the room continuously made weird noises throughout the day and night and the bathroom with frosted glass was just weird.

Liked: Clean room. Really friendly staff.
Disliked: The breakfast was cool and food wasn’t replenished. The bed was uncomfortable.

Disliked: Shower curtain was short hence water splashed almost every part of the shower floor.
