Disappointing

Disliked: It said I had a late check out but the reception was rude and telling me I didn’t have it even though I paid extra for it. Shady.

Liked: Good Location
Disliked: Did not meet expectations on bed requirements i.e. 2 x Single beds requested.

Superb

Liked: Breakfast is literally free - and it was really good. We cannot understand how people can possibly complain about a free service, especially since it was excellent. The staff is lovely too!

Liked: Warm welcome, early check in for IHG loyalty customers, free trunks and snacks delivered to my room by the manager, location perfect for exploring
Disliked: Slight smell coming from the shower drain, cured by running water.

Had a solid nights sleep...

Liked: The free breakfast.
Disliked: There was nothing not to like.

Disliked: Good days, 4 of my clients whom I had booked at the Holiday Inn express Brisbane checked out on 14th July instead of 15th as earlier booked. I am requesting for a refund for the one day for the four of them. Thanks you so much.
