Disliked: The air conditioning in our room was not good. The parking gate was blocked on Saturday the 28th in the morning at 10 a.m. We waited more than 30 minutes for someone to come and resolve the problem. This caused us to miss the start of the ceremony for which we came. Our room card was deactivated and we had to reprogram it saturday afternoon.

Disliked: Difficult to find parking at a reasonable distance and price. On their website it says On-site parking, which was a main reason for us choosing this hotel by short notice, arriving late and planning to continue our trip by car the following morning. It's correct that there is free parking (at night?) on the streets in the area, but only in marked spaces and they were all occupied and we were not the only ones driving around to find somewhere to leave the car. If you come by car, plan for a walk and some extra 25 €.

Disliked: We made a reservation for a room with one double bed we get 2 beds and we have to pay extra 40 euro to get one double bed

Liked: The breakfast is very complete and provides plenty of choices. It is well organized and even when the number of guests is considerable, the flow is good.
Disliked: The WiFi in my room was not possible to use, with connection error to the network.
