Liked: Rooms were updated, clean and quiet
Disliked: Was not notified about the renovations on property. Upon arrival I called the number on the door to check in for 20 min until someone finally answered. Associate said they were outside.

Awful experience and completely unacceptable!

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Under construction. Dirty. Dust. Noisy. Pool was closed. Was given a DIRTY ROOM. Then told to wait outside on a long line to check in again. It was past check in time and we still didn’t have a clean room. Asked to speak to a manager and was told there was no manager on site!

Lobby, breakfast area, fitness center...

Liked: Location, bed was comfortable and room was clean
Disliked: It was under renovation. Lobby, breakfast area, fitness center, elevator were all closed. Our room sink was plugged because the plug apparatus was not hooked up underneath. Shower door didn’t fully close because the door was newly installed at a slight angle. Would not have stayed there if we came earlier in evening, but we checked in at 9:45. Had to give host my ID while he took it behind closed doors as lobby closed which I did not feel was safe to do

Disappointing

Disliked: Air conditioner was broke. It was a very hot day. Told staff and then left for a concert, but was never fixed upon our return. Unable to sleep due to heat. Disappointed.
