Huge Disappointment
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: I won’t be staying in this hotel again. I have travelled more than 25 cities but have not experienced anything like this. Starting with the housekeeping staff who behaved very aggressively when asked to clean our room. Extremely rude and aggressive behaviour was shown during the few minutes she spent cleaning. I have attached photos of the bed she made. After leaving a complaint with the housekeeping manager and GM, to change the staff I was assured that a different person would clean our room. Next day we were greeted with an uncleaned room with both the housekeeping manager and GM gone home for the day. Reception staff telling us it’s another team and they have nothing to do with it, and that all rooms were full. After spending more than an hour they agreed to change the room, but only if we packed our stuff & moved rooms immediately, without any assistance . That’s around 11pm. On another night there was a party going on in one room. Loud music, shouting, screaming, slamming doors contd till 7am. Unfortunately, there was no compassion shown to us even after we complained. Anyone we spoke to said it was another team and not them! On our last night there was a power outage that lasted the whole night. The breakfast opened at 8.30am with equipment slowly being restored. At 9.30am the staff shut the door saying breakfast timings were over. It was shocking that even in such a situation the breakfast could not be extended for the guests. Sad!!

The Quincy Experience
Liked: The location of the hotel made it easy to visit Boston and the surrounding neighborhood of Quincy. Furthermore, parking was a really good deal that you could not find anywhere else. The hotel's security was very good, and it made me feel more comfortable than any other hotels that I've been toThe heating and cooling system was very helpful and not something that I find in most hotels
Disliked: Maybe more options for vegetables in the morning buffet like carrots, broccoli. Pillows were okay and could have been more comfortable. The blanket was a little tight for my feet, and I wish it was more loose
