I will not ever use...

Disliked: I don't like that after making the reservation I was notified that my reservation could not be guaranteed. I would need to arrive early to try to lock it in. I cancelled my reseevation days before I arrived in Boone. I have been charged for the stay even though I cancelled it.

I will not use booking.com...

Disliked: Had some reservation problems. I could not get any response from booking.comand hotel reservations refused to talk with me. I called 4vtimes and they hung up on me every time.

Liked: Beautiful location. Easy to book. Great price. Very clean .Staff very friendly.
Disliked: One spot on the bed. Not sure what is was. Thankfully it was at the bottom. No harm done.
