Liked: Staff at breakfast were brilliant! Very friendly and so lovely when my son accidentally broke a glass, they assured us it was no trouble and spoke to my son to make sure he was okay! The stay and breakfast was lovely but big shout out to the staff, wish I’d asked their names!

Liked: Staff were very friendly, everywhere was spotless, enjoyed our short stay.
Disliked: Only scrambled eggs available for breakfast, my wife has a dairy allergy and milk is added to the eggs.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and went overboard to accommodate my request.
Disliked: We didn’t like that we couldn’t open a window but assume this is for safety as it looked like it was adjoining room which could be used family.

Liked: The staff was so lovely and if we needed something nothing was to much for them. It was are first time visitoring Cornwall the staff recommended places were we could visit. All the staff was very polite and well mannered we would definitely be visiting again we only had breakfast which was so lovely and loads to pick from. It was my boyfriends birthday and they said i could send down banners and they put balloons around the room which was so nice off them.
