I booked the room MONTHS in advance. To then have room changed because of over booking. At checkout, I was not given a receipt to find out I was charged $20 for something. Didn't know until my credit card company notified me. Nice place to stay if you are getting up early.

Liked: The location is convenient to Sunset Cove Amphitheater.
Disliked: Staff is attentive, but from 9-10am, they knocked on my door 3 times when checkout is at 11.

Overall the hotel was good. We only needed a place to stay for the night following a concert that was close to the venue and reasonably priced. The only complaint was the mattress on bed was worn.

Liked: Room was clean; good water pressure in shower; good complimentary breakfast; friendly staff; room had balcony.
Disliked: The bed was a bit uncomfortable due to worn out mattress.

Liked: I was impressed with the front desk host Andres. I found him to especially helpful.

Below my expectation of Holiday...

Liked: Location was great and pleased with finding something accessible. The Hotel Room was comfy (beds etc) and shower facilities etc all perfect.
Disliked: The Sliding door to the ground level car park not really well locked and not ideal when we felt slightly uneasy with characters in car park on arrival at 10pm.Breakfast was appalling to be honest. Even my 13 year old that eats everything did not eat. Polystyrene plates, plastic cutlery. Cheap! Sauasages, powdered eggs. etcAir-conditioning was really loud as well but we were pretty tired so no effect.

Disliked: Decafe coffee was always available, except when Julie was on duty!The carpets in my room 118 needed vacuuming and shampooing.The coffee maker Kerug was broken.No replacement nor repair during my stay.
