A nice facility with friendly...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent

Disappointing

Disliked: Room was dirty. The couch has dried stains on it, it was not a comfortable couch. The bed was springy, squeaky and there was dried white stains on the metal frame. The carpet between the bed and the nightstand was filthy.

Adequate.

Liked: The staff was friendly. The room was clean.
Disliked: It seemed a little bit long in the tooth. Could use some freshening up for the cost.

Aaron was amazing - so...

Disliked: Air con not working so we had to change rooms. Fridge was not cold enough.

Couldn’t leave fast enough.

Disliked: Bedding was heavily stained and had crusty debris on it. Shower head was calcified and moldy. Hot tub under maintenance. Pillows were worn.

Liked: It was close to the ISU campus as that’s where summer games were being held.Staff was helpful and friendly

Liked: What we liked the best was the staff. They were happy to help always and had everything we needed and answered every question we had. I didn't eat the breakfast but that's just because I don't eat breakfast. Others with me did eat and said it was good. The location was great because our business was within a few miles of there.
Disliked: I would have appreciated someone coming in and replacing the towels every few days, since we were there 5 nights. We had to ask for towels after we put ours outside the room. No one brought us any more or left any in the room.
