Liked: What we liked the best was the staff. They were happy to help always and had everything we needed and answered every question we had. I didn't eat the breakfast but that's just because I don't eat breakfast. Others with me did eat and said it was good. The location was great because our business was within a few miles of there.
Disliked: I would have appreciated someone coming in and replacing the towels every few days, since we were there 5 nights. We had to ask for towels after we put ours outside the room. No one brought us any more or left any in the room.

Older and run down

Liked: The coffee . That’s it .
Disliked: The property is older and not updated. Very rough . Carpet old , torn and rippled in halls ..walls dinged up…tub not nice…toilet barely flushed . Not enough bed covering to be comfortable . This hotel is in major need of overhaul . Not worth what they charge. Many other better places to stay. Worst holiday inn I’ve ever stayed at.

Disliked: I booked the wrong date ( I should never use my phone for business, just to small of a screen) the manager was very helpful about correcting my error, BUT BOOKING.COM IS STALLING ON GETTING A REFUND FOR THE WRONG DATE. STALL AND EVEN LIE ABOUT CONTACTING THE PROPERTY. BOOKING.COM COUSTOMER SERVICE REP TOLD ME THEY HAD TRIED TO CALL AND WERE CALLING AT THAT MOMENT SAYING THE PHONE IS RINGING AT THE PROIPERTY WHILE I WAS STANDING WITH THE MANAGER AT THE FRONT DESK, IS BE NO SUPEIST BUT THE PHONE THERE WAS NOT RINGING. THEN THE REP TOLLD ME THE PHONE # THEY WERE CALLING, BELIVE IT OR NOT IT WAS NOT THE PHONE NUMBER OF THE PROPERTY---STALL AND LIE IS THE MOTO OF BOOKING .COM----THE PROPERTY IS EXELENT, BOOKING,COM NEVER AGAIN IF POSSABLE USE ANYONE ELSE FOR YOUR ONLINE BOOKING---
