It is a very convenient...

Liked: Break was ok, location ok too. Breakfast attendant very professional and coutteous
Disliked: Breakfast seems to be reducing in what is offered.

Liked: The room was comfortable and the view was great!
Disliked: There was a dirty washcloth in our room when we arrived. Breakfast was okay. Bagels were stale. I would have preferred a waffle bar.

after visiting the front desk...

Liked: the front desk was understanding and accommodating.
Disliked: The first room I received had a hand towel size blood stain on the sheet, meaning housekeeping didn?t actually clean the room. At times like these it is imperative that hotel chains hire people who are willing & motivated to work.
