My stay couldn't have been...

Liked: The breakfast was superb and the location was only eight minutes from my event.
Disliked: Nothing!!

Exceptional

Liked: Everything from check-in to check-out was great. The staff was Gabrielle was very friendly and helpful, the guests we talked to were pleasant and the breakfast was great. The room was clean and comfortable and the beds were terrific.

Our first time to Blacksburg...

Liked: Great location to Virginia Tech and downtown Blacksburg, beautiful scenery, clean, ample breakfast and friendly and kind staff.
Disliked: No complaints

Liked: The pool had to be closed for about 24 hours.

Decent, well-located hotel that needs...

Liked: The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The person brining out breakfast super nice. The location to VT's campus was great.
Disliked: The room (306) smelled like feet. The room wasn't messy or detectably dirty, but the room just smelled like stinky feet. It was probably the carpeting. I spent almost $400 for one night's stay and I would've expected it to be a bit nicer/cleaner.
