Stayed here for one night with my daughter. Very nice, clean hotel.

Liked: I appreciated that breakfast was included with the stay. The room was very comfortable. Location was convenient to city center.
Disliked: Did not know where to park. The facilities smelled like cigarette smoke when it clearly stated the facility was smoke free. The lobby smelled like smoke and also the 19th floor hall way where I stayed smelled like smoke.

Liked: room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I particularly like the dove toiletries in the showeroom and think this is a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent but wonder if I can request a poached egg or if its only scrambled egg that is on the menu?
Disliked: there is nothing I didnt like however would be great to be able to adjust the room temperature as I can never get this done correctly

Disliked: Breakfast is so hit and miss. Hot breakfast is always hot I'll give them that but not replenished enough and and not presented well in hot hold it's only thing I feel let's it down sometimes although it is included in the price

Liked: Our room was very clean and beds well made on arrival. The bathroom was very clean.Was very nice to have the kettle and be able to have a cuppa tea once settled in the room.The complimentary wash and shampoo was a lovely addition to the room and it smelt lovely. The room was very quiet at night which was nice.If visiting Birmingham arena I would be happy to use this hotel again
