Good location - use local cab firm from station, not black cabs! Good location and friendly staff.

Liked: The room was nice, so no complaints.
Disliked: Poor selection of food, Scrambled egg was horrid; for a chain, the size options were poor and quality poorer.

Basically will never stay at such a poor 'what can be best described as a glorified Travelodge' again. Poor staff with bad attitudes - felt as though we were an inconvenience to the staff. Room was very basic; beds uncomfortable. Breakfast very, very poor - very substandard for a room we paid £165 for the night! Tables dirty, food selection very poor and quality of food cheap utter crap.

Disliked: having to pay for parking, I don't understand how you stay in a hotel and have to pay to park, but the rest was perfect

Liked: the room was lovely, very comfortable beds, the staff were amazing, in particular 2 members of staff, one by the name of macenzie, iv stayed twice recently and both times macenzie has been so so helpful he is a complete credit to your team! also a member of staff by the name aaron was also so lovely and helpful, again a credit to your team, very helpful both of them on my visit.
Disliked: me and my son purchased food there and we couldn't eat it, the food was freezing, the garlic bread was cold and soggy, and we didn't even get our desert bought out to us. would not recommend eating there, however breakfast was amazing!

Liked: The location was perfect for our visit.
Disliked: The bed was rock hard, very uncomfortable to sleep in, I woke numerous times with pins and needles. We ordered food that took 45 mins to come and was below average (cold).
