Good location - use local cab firm from station, not black cabs! Good location and friendly staff.

Liked: The room was nice, so no complaints.
Disliked: Poor selection of food, Scrambled egg was horrid; for a chain, the size options were poor and quality poorer.

Basically will never stay at such a poor 'what can be best described as a glorified Travelodge' again. Poor staff with bad attitudes - felt as though we were an inconvenience to the staff. Room was very basic; beds uncomfortable. Breakfast very, very poor - very substandard for a room we paid £165 for the night! Tables dirty, food selection very poor and quality of food cheap utter crap.

Liked: The bar was nice, room was nice and tidy, breakfast was great, staff were friendly and helpful and it was a very good location for me. The bed was nice and cozy too
Disliked: Well, there were some mosquitoes in the room. I stayed up to work on my PC and had a few bites. I am pretty sure they would have done something about it had I complained. But I was too tired and just wanted to be done and sleep. Yeah and then my TV was only playing radio channels.

Disliked: Poor breakfast - lots not there if you’re towards the end of breakfast time Woken up 1hr before che k out time by a cleaner, when I told reception they confirmed that they “start knocking rooms” 1hr before check out - we arrived very late following a delayed flight and wanted a long lie in!

Liked: The hotel is perfect for flying from the airport. 7 minute drive to car park 1. The food was really nice too, both evening meal and breakfast.
Disliked: Room was quite basic but fine for what we needed. Location was the most important thing.
