Good location - use local cab firm from station, not black cabs! Good location and friendly staff.

Liked: The room was nice, so no complaints.
Disliked: Poor selection of food, Scrambled egg was horrid; for a chain, the size options were poor and quality poorer.

Basically will never stay at such a poor 'what can be best described as a glorified Travelodge' again. Poor staff with bad attitudes - felt as though we were an inconvenience to the staff. Room was very basic; beds uncomfortable. Breakfast very, very poor - very substandard for a room we paid £165 for the night! Tables dirty, food selection very poor and quality of food cheap utter crap.

Disliked: The first night the room was cold . The air conditioner was on! When I informed reception the next day they were so helpful and supplied a heater my first stay at a holida

Disliked: The lady at the check in desk was abrupt and gave very little information, we had to ask about facilities and breakfast. The car park was littered with rubbish. I asked for Gluten free bread at breakfast as the bread bin was empty, the staff returned with a bag of bread which was hot, it had obviously been microwaved in the bag and put straight into the bread bin for me. The rooms were clean and comfortable but not as nice in comparison as other hotels in the chain.

Will not return.

Disliked: Mattress, hard and lumpy. Pillows too small in size for comfort.My vegetable pie was overcooked, pastry rock hard, filling dried up.My friends fish looked and tasted as though it had been done for hours, very dark and hard.
