Liked: We liked the location of the room, everything was as I requested including extra towels, the room was clean and larger than we expected. We had had a couple of bad experiences with other chains where we paid quite a bit and things were broken, dirty and I had already paid for the rooms and it was too late at night to change places. I put in a request here and it was heaven. Thank you so much for having everything working, nice and ready for us. The bed was very comfortable too. We expect to be back next year when our conference (non-business) occurs again.
Disliked: We wished we could have stayed longer...

Great staff, might stay again.

Liked: Conveniently located with very friendly staff.
Disliked: My only issue with my stay is the chair in my king room was absolutely, disgustingly stained on the arms, and seat cushion. It reminded me of a chair one might find in a teen age hangout in a garage.

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: It was easy to get too. Staff were friendly and need a raise for working long hours in a facility that had broken air conditioning. As miserable as it must have been the staff always smiled and were friendly.
Disliked: Air conditioning in the lobby was broken - unbearably hot! The microwave in our room did not work.
