Excellent for a Berlin city...

Liked: Excellent location for a city break. Small but spotless and well planned rooms. Helpful and professional staff. Excellent choice of food at breakfast with everything from eggs, bacon, multiple varieties of breads, jams, liver pate. Free icemachines to add ice to any drinks or flasks and a well stocked mini shop in the lobby for toiletry items etc you may have forgotten to pack. Drinks, both soft and alcoholic and crisps and other snacks were also available to purchase.
Disliked: Busy hotel so waiting for the lift could take a while.

Ideal for a long weekend

Liked: Our stay at the hotel was marked by exceptional hospitality and professionalism. We were particularly impressed by the assistance provided during check-in by Mr. Mehmet. Despite an issue that arose due to our own oversight, he managed the situation with great professionalism and offered outstanding support.All staff members—from the reception to the breakfast service—performed their duties with excellence and courtesy. The breakfast was of high quality, featuring a diverse selection of items and consistently replenished stations, which contributed to a pleasant dining experience.The open market located in the reception area was well-stocked and convenient. Additionally, the hotel’s location is excellent—situated near the city center with easy access to public transportation—making it an ideal choice for a long weekend getaway.

Great Hotel for the Berlin...

Liked: I stayed here during the Berlin Half Marathon and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, always ready to assist. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, and the parking facilities were very convenient. The hotel's proximity to the start line was perfect — just a short walk away.The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. After the race, even though I had checked out earlier, the hotel kindly provided me with a room to freshen up and take a shower, which was greatly appreciated.I’ll be participating in the race again next year, and without a doubt, I’ll choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!
