Good standard Hotel with excellent...

Liked: the location is superb, close to public transportation connection and even walkable to many tourism places.
Disliked: breakfast is not that much variety.

A very good hotel if...

Liked: Very good location - only 5-7 minutes walk to Alexanderplatz station. Standard rooms, clean. Classic, delicious breakfast. Very kind staff.
Disliked: The room was missing a bottle of drinking water (which seems to be standard these days).

I gave 1 star. Definitely...

Liked: Only the location area in the city center
Disliked: Room was totally unconfortable: toilet without ventilation, cold air clima in the room not possible to edit, freezing temperature on night, not extra blankets, size bed small for 2 people, not washing mini bottles available, not robe bath available, not flip flop available, not Frigobar in the room, not main international tv channels. Basic breakfast, not delicatessen, not fine quality.Staff reception totally unprofessional, too much young and not experienced, not educated for the mansion, not properly dress code hair/makeup, arrogant to clients waiting more than 15 min to check out. Reception missing receptionist during check out time in the morning. Definitely not a 4 stars hotel, not a properly Holiday Inn hotel in Berlin, capital of Germany.
