Enjoyable, but expensive rooms

Liked: Rooms were nice and clean.
Disliked: The issue was one elevator working. There was several elderly people staying in the hotel. My family of (5) got on the elevator and we got stuck for a few minutes. Once we were free the desk clerk informed us there is a weight capacity. (4) There was no sign posted to informed the quest of that. We felt embarrassed of the way she approached us. Some sensitivity would have been nice.

Liked: This place is awesome. Hubby and I had work in Camden and we got off late so we stayed here. The staff were nice and the property is clean.
Disliked: We didn’t have any issues

Liked: Staff was very friendly and check in and out was very quick. It was nice that breakfast was included in the price of the room. Breakfast area was stocked and clean. Dining area was nice as well.
Disliked: One of the elevators was out of service. The room also had a stinky smell upon entering but was better once we turned the air on.

Liked: Place was nice, clean , room was a little small . Room was supposed to be for 4 people and the pull out couch was good for only one person . So my kids slept experience was horrible . My was ok because I had the big bed. And it was comfy. The elevator is too old and was sounding like it was gonna get stuck and only 4 people could get on. Also pool was not open and main reason I stayed there was for kids to enjoy the pool. Wish you guys had in your app (pool closed )

Disliked: Size of room was a bit tight. I'd hoped to use the pool and didn't realize when I booked that it was outdoors and not open yet. Just did a search for pool when booking. Maybe I didn't notice this detail!
