Happy with the staff, physical...

Liked: The breakfast was a nice surprise. Good coffee, much better variety of food than I expected. Disappointed the only plain creamer was only Creamo, not real dairy. Toaster very slow. Still I would recommend the hotel/breakfast as a convenient and decent deal.Desk staff courteous and friendly. Definitely an asset.Ekte lovely person Hotel seemed clean. Liked the bathroom toiletries
Disliked: Bed was too soft. Air conditioner too high, too noisy and desk said they couldn’t help turn it down. Made it hard for my sister to sleep.

Nice staff and breakfast but...

Liked: staff was helpful and breakfast was very good.
Disliked: We were on the second floor and we could hear people walking all night, when they flushed or started a shower, it was VERY loud in our room. Yet, even when we were leaving our room and in the hall, we could hear people upstairs walking , talking or the pipes...as we walked toward the elevator. We have NEVER stayed in a hotel where we could hear so much activities of people and plumbing. We wouldn't return nor recommend the place due to this, despite having a great staff you had.

Comfy beds and free breakfast

Liked: Everything looked clean!! Staff upfront didn’t seem bothered when I asked for help.
Disliked: Lots of noise from the hallway and other rooms. Water running upstairs.
