Good location with bus route right outside. Nice and quiet despite lots of people staying there. Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Liked: Lovely warm room and really comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and good atmosphere.
Disliked: None.

Liked: Great location, lovely cosy clean hotel. Staff were very helpful. Handy having regular local buses into the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip

Average, well priced but lacked...

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Overall, a poor experience. We had a family room and the sofa bed was converted into a bed making the room extremely tight with no movements, no chair to sit on. When asked the reception staff, they refused to put it back into a sofa as we would need the bed again for the night, and that they did not have house keeping staff throughout the day. Unfortunately a very uncomfortable way of living and only had access to the bed to sit on as the sofa bed wasn't study enough for an adult to sit on. The reception staff during the evening shift were very unhelpful and every conversation with them felt like they didn't want to speak to anyone!

Great stay as always and...

Liked: Nice breakfast as always and friendly, helpful staff always.
Disliked: Air conditioning wasn't working properly. That's our only criticism. Otherwise it's always a great stay when we visit. Staff did there best to rectify the problem as the hotel was full and very warm outside also.
