Good location with bus route right outside. Nice and quiet despite lots of people staying there. Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Liked: Lovely warm room and really comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and good atmosphere.

Disliked: The air conditioner in the room didn’t work properly and needed a good clean esp the filters. I didn’t have time to report this.

Liked: The staff were amazing. So friendly and couldn’t do enough for us and made a fuss over the dog and kids. The breakfast was really nice and varied and really organised considering there were many people. It was very clean, and actually not bad size considering there was four of us and a dog in one room. The hotel is in a very good proximity to the city centre by car and great parking facilities though a little pricey. And a great Indian restaurant opposite the hotel which I highly recommend.
Disliked: The parking was a bit pricey even with the discount. And the sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Liked: The room was comfortable. The Wi-fi worked. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The parking is very expensive. I paid £35 in addition to the original booking fee to park my car for 25 hours in available parking associated with the hotel.
