Disliked: The "queen" beds are definitely not queen-sized.... they are 2/3 of a queen bed and it makes for very uncomfortable sleep. Make it right, Holiday Inn!Bathroom needs better lighting

Very nice staff and comfortable...

Liked: Staff were helpful and friendly; room was clean, cool and comfortable. The facility smelled clean and the breakfast was good and properly labeled. Eating area was clean. Hotel was secure at night.
Disliked: More drink options during breakfast and more parking for limited mobility people.

Liked: Breakfast was very good - way above average. Room was super clean and well stocked.Bedding was exceptionally clean and bed, very comfortable.
Disliked: One of the newer employees promised to get back to me on a military discount I forgot to ask for when checking in - she never did.

Disliked: Our shower was weird to operate and my granddaughter got a cold shower because it did not operate correctly
