Excellent value in the heart...

Liked: Excellent location, right on the doorstep of Queen Street and a few minutes walk to Sky Tower, Britomart and Commercial Bay. Great breakfast included. Very clean rooms.

Fantastic all-round :)

Liked: Fantastic location, clean and very comfortable room - outstanding value for money. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was great - lots of variety, something for everyone.

We have been there twice...

Liked: The property was clean, tidy and inviting. The customer service representative names Ethan was AMAZING! He was just amazing!
Disliked: Our room hadn’t been cleaned properly-there was some peanuts on the floor from previous people. Was just lucky we aren’t allergic.

Good location with excellent staff...

Liked: location in city center allowed for walking to good restaurants, the harbor, the art museum and other interesting sites in Auckland. Rooms were spotless and everything seemed new. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast buffet was included and it was good, with lots of options.
Disliked: having the bathroom door serve as both the bathroom door and then my turning it, the shower door, it made using the bathroom a bit awkward.

Great Service!

Liked: The property is situated in the heart of the city which is great for a tourist. The receptionist Adriana gave a very good first impression for this solo traveler from Sri Lanka
Disliked: There’s nothing specific that I didn’t like. All the facilities were up to the standards.
