Liked: Awesome location!
Disliked: The bath room structure The door was a bit unusual and it was very awkward to use a toilet or shower with glasses which are covered with film(?) coz you can see see through of the inside!

Excellent stay

Liked: The hotel was great. It was a city centre location so there was lots nearby. Reception were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was good. The size of the rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. I had a good night's sleep and the view of Auckland from my room was great too. The shower facility was also good.

Liked: Great place to stay, great location, great staff check in, good location, included breakfast, love this hotel and want to keep enjoying it.
Disliked: Car parking no special for staying. Noticing parts of room starting to need extra clean e.g. toilet toll holder, around skirting, carpet edges. Pls keep this place in great condition as it's awesome. Small downfall with breakfast, scrambled eggs needed little longer, bacon not cooked.

Great location but misleading on...

Disliked: the parking was misleading. It was on the message sent through booking.com and it said that parking will be discounted. Upon checking in we were told that parking was $59 a night. I asked if that was already discounted they said they dont do discounts, they just validate it. I said they should take it off the messages from booking.com because it wasnt true that the parking is discounted. Although parking in the city is really challenging and expensive, misleading people with “discounts” that aren’t really discounts is not ok.
