Disliked: I booked through booking.com and when the reservation was sent to the hotel they emailed me saying that only 1 came through but when they looked it showed I wanted a second room. They did that after I called but then they gave me new reservation numbers and I was billed for a non cancellation through booking. Not happy because the motel wouldn't make it right.
