Liked: Loved the customer service as well as the environment of the facility. The room had everything we needed and was very clean which I loved the most. The hotel smells amazing as well throughout.

Liked: The hotel had the potential to shine independently, but it has become lifeless, mirroring the dullness of its surroundings—there was no vibrancy or charm.This place offers so much promise, yet the staff and amenities fail to bring it to life. Upon our arrival, the hotel staff were unfriendly, greeting us without a smile. They did not provide a proper orientation regarding key details such as the Wi-Fi setup, available amenities, or the breakfast schedule. Information was only offered when explicitly asked, and it felt like there was a bias in treatment—guests who appeared American received greater respect.The facilities were disappointing as well. The laundry room was out of order, and the ice machine only worked on the fourth floor. The lack of warmth from the staff created an unwelcoming atmosphere. While the room was visually appealing, its bland ambiance made me want to check out immediately.This will be my last visit to this hotel.

Liked: Well the bathroom didn’t have any body wash.The bottle was empty and it wasn’t replaced before we got there.
