I wasn't able to stay...

Liked: Nothing. My reservation was canceled due to my card being stolen and I had to get a new one. The reservation was candles the day of and I found out when i got there. They said they called me but there were no calls from this hotel on my way there. I was told by the front desk clerk they would set up an account and add enough points for a free night's stay. I was fine with that. Once I got home, I finally spoke with a general manager who told me that they could not do that and he wouldn't do it. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn

Exceptional

Liked: Had a wonderful experience with celebrating my 10-year anniversary with my spouse. The room was purchased by our sister-in-law is a gift to us. Was a wonderful time that area was great lots of nice restaurants The weather was good just a pleasure boy experience look forward to doing it again at some point.
Disliked: Bed was wonderful but at some point it became too hot with too much padding her cover or something I found myself sweating a lot throughout the night.

Overall stay was good. One...

Liked: The property was close to the ballpark. The staff was fairly nice and helpful. Close to a lot of restaurants and the mall.
Disliked: The rooms were fairly clean. We found an empty water bottle underneath our bed. There were dents and scratches along the door frames.

Great location

Liked: Location was perfect for a walk to Truist park since shuttle didnt start running until later than when we wanted to arrive. Breakfast had a good variety.
Disliked: The bathrooom was a little small and could have used a deeper clean. Coffee pot in the room did not work.
