Disliked: We booked a two bed. They gave us a one. When we went to correct the issue they said they couldn’t help us all they had apparently were one beds. We had to find another hotel last second.

Predictable and reliable quality --

Liked: We arrived after 7 PM, and slept past the breakfast cut off. But we understand.
Disliked: Moe Tissue dispensers, and It was difficult logging on the Internet. As a IHG member it ought to be automatic.-- no delay.
