Liked: The breakfast was excellent and the waitstaff were very friendly and helpful. This was one of the nicest hotel breakfasts we have had in all of our travels.
Disliked: We were upgraded to a suite and arrived late at night. Upon entering our room, we discovered there weren't any sheets, blankets, or pillows for the pullout sofa bed. When we rang the front desk, nobody answered until the third time we called and then we were told it would be 25 minutes before housekeeping would be able to get the bedding to our room. Finally, when they arrived, they didn't bring any pillows, so five of us had four pillows to share (from the regular beds). My husband ended up using his backpack as a pillow because we didn't want to wait another 25 minutes for a pillow. Our kids were exhausted and so were we!
