Overall a very pleasant experience

Liked: Very clean, super nice staff
Disliked: the coffee was not that great Needs improvement

Disliked: Bathroom door was hard to close. Literally had to slam the door to close. Wifi signal was spotty and only 1 elevator for the entire hotel.

Liked: The king size bed was so comfortable! I liked that I could control the temperature of the room. The room itself was quite clean. All of the front desk staff with whom we interacted were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The housekeeping staff took our used towels and towel mat (for the floor) away after the first night, but did not replace them for our second night --so we were short on towels and a mat and had to share :(

Liked: Breakfast was okay. The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The room wasn't very clean. There were stains on the pillowcases and lots of dust by the coffee pot. The pool had a lot of chlorine and there were a lot of floaties in it. It's been 5 days and there is still a hold on my credit card.

Liked: Everything was great service breakfast .
Disliked: The noise from other rooms above and on the same floor after 12pm alot of traffic in and out of rooms.

Disliked: only one elevator so wait times were long
