Nice hotel ....once you have...

Liked: Nice hotel in a good location. The staff are great and super helpful. As someone else has already said definitely the best ever scrambled egg at a buffet breakfast.
Disliked: It would be great if they provided clearer instructions for accessing the car park and the layout of the car park. I drove around Arrass twice as I missed it first time round the one way whilst following directions to the hotel which is further on round the one way system. Also I parked at the furthest point from the HIE access as the layout of the car park isn't explained.Also grieved to see that rooms were going at a third of the price for turn ups one the day. Apparently the Booking.com rate is a premium rate. Didn't get any Genius benefits and the breakfast (which was good) is not optional.

Fell short of the mark...

Liked: Staff were lovely but the hotel itself was not as we hoped. The room was small and very stuffy and warm- had to go to reception for a fan. If you’re a couple needing a basic place to sleep it fits the bill. For a family it wasn’t ideal.
Disliked: The stuffy room! The window didn’t really open and there was no way of getting g cold air in to the room, it wasn’t even that warm outside but it was very stuffy. Had to ask reception for a fan (they offered me two for the room so clearly used to being asked for them!) felt expensive for what you got….

An enjoyable stay at a...

Liked: Great location for the town centre bars and restaurants. Large, well equipped bedrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. An excellent buffet breakfast with a large choice of hot and cold food.
Disliked: A little tricky using sat-nav to get to the underground car park. Maybe the hotel website could put some useful instructions on their pages?

Great breakfast - convenient hotel...

Liked: Excellent breakfast - the best hotel scrambled egg I've ever had! Very convenient for Arras town centre, and easy parking.

Superb

Liked: The hotel has had an interior refit and it is really nice inside. The breakfast was great too.
Disliked: The exterior doesn't look great and gives the impression that the hotel will be old inside.
