Good value, modern & well...

Liked: Modern room, well laid out with plenty of space. In-room tea and coffee making facilities with option to request more from reception. Decent standard of toiletries (just hand wash / body wash and a shampoo - but pretty good).Breakfast was a decent variety with a freshly squeezed orange juice station which was a nice touch.Hotel is well situated - 7 min walk to the main areas but there are bars and cafes closer. Underground car parking (payable but convenient - 12euros). It’s a municipal car park but you can validate ticket and pay at hotel.There is a small bar area in the hotel. Drinks were reasonably priced and you could get a small selection of food there (we didn’t). Staff were friendly. Overall I would say good value for money when taking into account the quality of the room, breakfast / tea and coffee etc esp when compared to other places we stayed this holiday where the price was about the same but none of those extras included. But it doesn’t get the full marks of ‘exceptional’ because it is a chain so you don’t get some of the personal touches you might want on holiday in a hotel. All in all I would recommend.

Nice room, good facilities and...

Liked: Space, decor and fittings in the room were excellent
Disliked: I had purposely asked about parking facilities. I even messaged regarding this as I am a disabled guest arriving on a modified trike and I was interested in using the underground parking facility. I was under the impression that this would be easy to find, whereas I had to leave my Trike outside fully loaded in a torrential rain storm to ask for directions to it, not made any easier due to road closures that no mapping app would show.As the hotel description mentions parking maybe a map showing the entrance could also be included or how about giving a ‘what3words’ location reference? - Just a suggestion!?!

Nice hotel near to city...

Liked: Helpful staff. Good bar area. Breakfast had hot and cold. Plenty of space in room. Good shower. Comfy beds - nice big pillow. Car park under the building. Short walk to the city centre.
Disliked: It was a bit awkward getting to the car park due to one way system and roadworks.

Great value, kind staff and...

Liked: Staff could not be more helpful. Picnic breakfast was great for our early start.

Felt good value until the...

Liked: Very comfortable accommodation. You really have made a great place to stay.
Disliked: Being charged extra for parking was a scam. Not happy about it. Also directions were nonexistent to the car parking. Breakfast was very random with very slow coffee machine too many people waiting. Just make real coffee and keep the jugs topped up.

Comfortable and well-located

Liked: The room was comfortable, with effective curtains, plenty of room for a travel cot, and a good shower room. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was generous. The hotel is a short walk from the centre of Arras, too.

Great place for a stopover...

Liked: Location, underground car parking with lift directly to the hotel. Comfortable bed and a good breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing
