Liked: I thought the staff were extremly attentive and helpful. The atmosphere in lobby was hip and friendly.We loved the coffee and cocktail bar right next to reception.
Disliked: The staff received my bags via taxi before my arrival , tagged it, and stored it in a locked room.This team is very professional and asstute.

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. I was satisfied with the cleanliness and beauty of the room. The hotel is very close to the train station.
Disliked: I would have liked more space for clothes. A hygiene kit would have been nice with cotton wool and ear buds. A separate blanket would be better for a double bed.

Great Stop when Cycling Eurovelo...

Liked: The staff were friendly and there was secure bicycle storage under the hotel. There was a good selection of drinks and snacks on arrival and we enjoyed the Taphaus nearby that staff recommended.

Liked: Very friendly staff and good breakfast included! Perfect location close to the train, buses and lots of food and shopping.
Disliked: Rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable.

So humbling for history, hotel...

Liked: Breakfast was great, the location was ideal for the tour we wanted to do of Arnhem to pay our respects to all who lost their lives during the second world war.
Disliked: The hotel and staff were magic, they couldn't do enough. So polite l, friendly and helpful Wed stay again here, the location as I say was perfect for us Thanks so much to all at the hotel.
