Exceptional
Liked: It is located in the center of Arnhem, everything is walking distance. It was comfortable and the staff was helpful. Also good value for money.
Disliked: It was a little cold in the room, but and electric radiator was provided so we used it.

Liked: Next to town centre
Disliked: The long queue to book in then when finally got served I was told they were fully booked although I had booked on line then the staff said they will check with manager and they both went to a other room to laugh about it then came back and said it’s ok not happy at the way I was treated

Liked: It was in a quiet location, breakfast was excellent, staff helpful.
Disliked: The pillows were too hard

Superb
Liked: Centrally located, very well appointed and maintained. Staff was very helpful and engaging.
Disliked: Laundry (washer and dryer) facilities would be very helpful.

Disliked: the room was not fully cleaned when I boarded; the bathroom floor was gross. i was unable to complain; either the reception was not occupied or extremly busy.

For the money, the hotel...
Liked: Good location and free parking
Disliked: We asked if we could check in earlier, because we were able to last year. The employee at the reception told us the room was not ready, that was no problem for us. We checked later and the employee seemed annoyed that we asked, she just shook her head no, and told us to go.The room was okay, but not like the photos. Some spots in the room were not fully cleaned. The shower curtain had some dirty spots, time for a replacement.

Disappointing
Disliked: I am extremely disappointed with how my booking was handled by your hotel.We made a reservation one and a half months in advance, expecting a confirmed and reliable stay. However, upon arrival, we were informed that our booking was no longer available, and worse, we had not been notified of this change in advance. This is completely unacceptable and shows a lack of basic communication and professionalism.Without any prior notice or our consent, our reservation was shifted to another hotel, where we were informed that the booking is only valid for 3 days, leaving us without a place to stay for the remaining 2 days of our trip. This last-minute change has caused major stress and disrupted our travel plans.We booked early to avoid exactly this kind of situation. The way this has been handled reflects very poorly on the hotel’s management and customer service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve communication and guest experience in the future.
