Liked: I always stay here when I come to Apex. It's clean, comfortable, the staff are friendly and breakfast is great.

Liked: The bed was clean, the breakfast was very good, options, clean, presented well. The reception staff were personable, friendly. The person maintaining the kitchen did a great job.
Disliked: My first impression of the cleanliness of the room was a negative one. A chunk of cookie was on the entryway floor. The exterior of the microwave was dirty. There was a dirty spot on the bathroom floor, resembling a footprint. The clock was broken, old. There was no lamp on the desk, which made the room darker once the sun set. The heater rattled when on making sleep difficult. This is my second stay in a year at an IHG hotel and this experience was similar to the previous one. Surprising and disappointing.

Liked: It was good. Was hoping for bacon.
Disliked: Gaps around the door were not tight. At night there was a white ring around the door from the hallway lights.

Cleanest Room I've Ever Stayed...

Liked: Exceptionally clean room! Everything in the room and hotel looked clean and in perfect condition. Nothing looked run down. All staff members were extremely polite and friendly.
