Liked: The facilites in general were brand new, so no complaint at all. The room was more spacious than usual and with the quality expected from this line of hotels. The staff was kind and friendly and the hotel parking comfortable and convenient at more of less market price. The breakfast was standard, but good enough. Public transportation right in front and out of the usual touristic mess of Antwerp Centrum.
Disliked: I usually do not consider an hotel room without a safe, but I didn’t have a choice this time. A room safe is always appreciated for peace of mind if not as standard.

Good but bad...

Liked: The location of the hotel was very good. The room and bathroom were of standard size. Room cleaning was done daily and was sufficient. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was well above average and was the part that made us happiest.
Disliked: Unfortunately, none of the rooms in the hotel had a balcony, so we had to choose a standard room. Since there were no balconies, smoking inside the rooms was prohibited. If you try to smoke near the window, you should be prepared to pay a €150 fine.However, what was truly unacceptable was that while we were near the window of our room with a cigarette in hand, explicit photos of us were taken without our consent. These photos were reportedly shared among the entire hotel staff via their personal phones. After we left the room, our key cards were deactivated, and we were told we wouldn’t be allowed back in until we paid the fine. We were subtly threatened with these unauthorized and intimate photos.Additionally, the walls were very thin, and you could hear even the slightest conversations from the neighboring rooms. Therefore, we recommend whispering and keeping your voice down to maintain your privacy.There was no proper wardrobe in the room apart from a few hangers, so we had to keep our belongings in our suitcase, which wasn’t very comfortable

Liked: Location, had availability for 3Person/room, breakfast included
Disliked: Walking in and out of the hotel through people smoking right at the door. As a non smoker and person with asthma I find this very uncomfortable.

Extremely good price, good breakfast...

Liked: We showed up earlier than check in time and were allowed to already check in, this was very convenient! The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Decent air conditioning, nice bathroom with very decent shampoo etc. Breakfast was very nice. Seating in breakfast area was a little cramped but not bad. Location is ok, not very close to the city centre but still good.

Liked: Really good breakfast, the room was clean and comfi. Super location.
Disliked: Too expensive parking (than in the other hotel)

Liked: Clean, quiet, helpful n friendly staff, great breakfast and good location to the city with public transport
Disliked: Nothing. Well, could have more shower caps.
