Liked: Excellent location, nice view from the room. Clean and comfortable room, and two kinds of pillows to choose which fits you.The stuff is very nice and welcoming
Disliked: Earlier it was possible two take a cup of tea or coffee at the kitchen at any time. Now it’s not available.

Liked: Perfectly located, easily reached, clean room with good facilities and good breakfast.
Disliked: The housekeeping service, for a 4 nights stay I selected 2 day of housekeeping and during my entire stay I only got three towels which were left in the room at some point. No other housekeeping was done. Also sometimes it smelled a bit bad in the lobby.

Not a good experience

Disliked: The Front dest staff was not cooperative at all. Inspite of room empty and me being a member of IHG and booking.com they did not allow to check in. The bathroom drains are choked and not being cleaned in spite of reminder.
