Liked: Central location, close to shops, train station and restaurants. Good selection at breakfast buffet. Comfortable room. Hotel gets busy on weekend but staff is good with replenishing breakfast items.

Liked: Great location-not far from the railway station.Spotlessly clean and modern. Comfortable bed.Delicious bread at breakfast.
Disliked: The air conditioning was on constantly and was very noisy.I did raise the problem with a member of staff at reception who said if it continued she would move us to another room the next day. However the next day she wasn't on duty.

Perfect location to get around...

Liked: At the begining the staff/manager were reluctant to help me store my road bicycle inside my room. However, instead of leaving me without options, they kindly found a place on the ground floor to store it. Just like that they solved a big issue for me.
Disliked: Nothing, all good here.

Warm friendly hotel with great...

Liked: Great location. Staff all very friendly and approachable. Breakfast was good. Check in very smooth.
Disliked: Family room was very small once sofa bed folded out. The sofa bed was also not very comfortable compared to other sofa beds we’ve used at other hotels.
