Comfortable stay

Liked: Location is convenient between the centre and the train station. Rooms are clean and beda are comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was okay, but not more than that.

Very good but needs some...

Liked: Its location is good, 10 mins from train station and 5 mins to downtown.I want to thank Salwa the chief in the kitchen as she boiled eggs specially for our 10-months old.They have locker room where you can leave your luggage after checking out.They even prepared two free wine and some flowers as it was our anniversary.
Disliked: While food quality was good, variety of breakfast items on the other hand wasn’t.Space in the room was very limited after placing the baby cot but it’s not their problem really.No safe.Room service was very bad in cleaning the room, they even forgot one of their cleaning materials beside my daughter’s food kit.

Perfect location to explore Antwerp...

Liked: The excellent location sets this hotel apart from all the others in Antwerp. On a literal stone's throw distance from the Opera tram/metro station, and a short walking distance from Antwerp Central station it's easy to reach. The staff was very helpful and friendly, breakfast (while very crowded) was well-stocked and tasted good. Lots of variety to choose from.
