Good value and location

Liked: Good location- clean and tidy
Disliked: Kitchen was over whelmed when we tried to order. Half of the group had to wait for 45 mins after the others.Sofa bed was a bit lumpy

Woke in the Dead of...

Liked: Nice bed and location and breakfast was nice
Disliked: The Morning Staff were very negative as in not very helpful and didn't ask if we needed help . And the guy on the desk in the morning didn't offer any courtesy as had a very bad night with noise on the landing from about 4.30am people shouting and banging doors and then the breakfast staff just felt like they didn't want to be there at all .
