Liked: The location was great for my business trip. The staff was friendly and attentive. My first stay the week before was great. This stay seemed really booked for the hotel, and the standards weren't as great. The room was great, but the bathroom was disappointing. There was a LOT of build-up on the shower doors, and there were random smells of possibly sewer build-up that only came in a few waves (not from my doing). Overall, the bathroom was not to the cleanliness level I had experienced previously.

Disliked: The room allotted to me first had foul smell. Staff was courteous enough to provide me another room which was better. However no house keeping happened in room for days I stayed there. Reminded the cleaning staff twice but it didn't happen

Liked: Excellent day very clean. Helpful employees wonderful facility.

Superb

Disliked: The young girl at the reception desk clearly didn't want to be there. Not cordial at all. The evening lady was great. Breakfast should start at 6:30 to 9:30!!!

Liked: It was very clean. Room was very spacious. Breakfast area was kept well stocked.
Disliked: Wasn't crazy about the coffee machine. Takes a while to brew especially on taller cups. Also maybe adding orange juice would be a good idea.

Liked: Everything was good.
Disliked: Room did not get refreshed , we stayed multiple nights. The breakfast patio door key did not work for anyone.
