We enjoyed our stay

Liked: Great staff, great breakfast and spacious rooms

Exceptional

Liked: It was very clean. Room was very spacious. Breakfast area was kept well stocked.
Disliked: Wasn't crazy about the coffee machine. Takes a while to brew especially on taller cups. Also maybe adding orange juice would be a good idea.

Liked: Everything was good.
Disliked: Room did not get refreshed , we stayed multiple nights. The breakfast patio door key did not work for anyone.

Ripped Off - NO Hospitality...

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The staff is clueless about how to communicate with booking.com or to message back to me through the app. Even though they agreed to cancel my reservation and waive the fees on the phone TWICE, they would not communicate it to Booking and then reported me as a no-show, so I was charged $114. I was repeatedly told they would have their GM Rachel call me back and not once did she attempt to. We had a job scheduled that was canceled and now we're out $114 due to lack of professionalism and care. That's a lot of grocery ang gas money to flush down the toilet. I will no longer be staying with Holiday Inn and do not recommend this location, at all. Booking.com 100% backed up the fact that the hotel and it's employees let me down here. They attempted to reach them by phone and email, only to receive the same lack of hospitality. The hotel should not be allowed to use Booking, if they aren't willing to understand how it works.
