Ew. Stay somewhere else. Find...

Disliked: Location was scary. Not a good neighborhood.Room wasn’t clean— my pet found someone else’s fruit loops in the corner. Tissues, hand cleaner and poop bag dispensers not refilled.

We were there to sleep...

Liked: The grounds and facade were lovely. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The bed was VERY comfortable.
Disliked: Our room was dirty upon arrival. I called the front desk and told them and they came up immediately to check it out. The floor was dirty with crumbs, plastic pieces, toenails (YUCK) and hairs. There was sticky substances on the coffee table. The inside of the sofa bed was dirty. The blankets/sheets for the sofa bed were shoved into a drawer - I was unsure if they were clean or not as they were not folded by any sense of the imagination. The bathroom had hair clumps under the sink and pubic hairs around the toilet. The breakfast - yikes. No regular milk for all the cereal options. The other food was "ok." The sitting area was so dirty!

Nice Stay

Liked: The location was perfect for an event we had in Moxee.
Disliked: The breakfast is the typical hotel breakfast, and does not have many options for those who are gluten free and meat free.

Disappointing

Liked: The location was close.to family, room was quiet even though next to elevator and relatively busy car traffic, pool was clean and not over chlorinated, hot tub was wonderful, hospitality added a special touch of TP deco and all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Some.of the carpets in or near the stairwell were stained and showed signs of wear (even though it is a relatively new hotel); only 1 of 2 ice machines were working (no sign on broken machine), floor or carpet were dirty bc when I stepped into bathtub black film came off my feet, privacy screen didn't stop on its own which could lead to an expensive repair,.breakfast was average and no visible attendant if patrons had a question/issue.

Liked: It was close to where I needed to be
Disliked: Staff was rude. It was loud. The staff did not take care of my complaints about the constant stomping for two days straight upstairs.

Passable

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: The window shade was on an electric button, which didn't work. So the black out shade would go down and so it was only the see thru one. When I called down to the front desk, she said "yeah, that's always a problem ".Then there was 2 dogs across the hall barking non stop. When I asked if we could change rooms...she said no. And also there's no sound barrier within the shared room doors, and next room was a full large family with lots of kids jumping off the beds and yelling. Overall very loud all night and started off again around 6am.
