Disliked: A/C in room did not get below 74 degrees. Too warm.

Nice hotel

Liked: It was convenient. We always stay here when we go visit my sister.
Disliked: I wasn’t pleased with the young lady that initially checked us in. Granted she had just came onto shift it seemed but she made my husband and I feel very inconvenient. We requested something very common I’m sure and she seemed flustered by the task and took it out on us. Other than that every other staff member was kind and helpful.

Liked: The room was very nice clean and comfortable!! Staff were friendly and held good conversation while down in the lounge area.
Disliked: The pool was closed! I was actually looking forward to relaxing in the beautiful weather but it was closed for the season still.
