Liked: Location
Disliked: My stay was not a great experience. The towels had holes in them. They should throw those away when they discover that during washing. Also, I went to check in and Remington over charged my card. It was supposed to be 400-450 for my stay. Instead he charged me 712 and when I asked him why was it so much he said because of the pet deposit. I told him that’s incorrect because the pet deposit is only $75 per stay. He said something must have changed. I asked to speak to his manager and he said no one is available. When I asked for his full name and looked at his badge his title said front office manager. If that is not the truth that needs to be corrected. He fidgeted with the computer for 30-40 minutes with no explanation of what he could do to fix it. He said he wrote a note. I asked for a print out and he said the print out would only show for the days charges and would not show the breakdown until I checked out. I asked him for something in writing showing I was due a refund because at this point I have no confidence in what he was saying because he didn’t explain anything accurately and he just kept saying uhhh I’m not sure. I again asked if there was someone who was sure and he kept saying no one was available. I shared my frustrations about this experience to him and that same or the next day I got an email from “management “ thanking me for my stay but when I tried to reply to the email to share in my experience the email return void saying its undeliverable and not monitored.I received this and an email from a Front office manager named Kali. It when I replied. The auto response from Canary Tecnologies also said it’s an unmonitored email address.Good day!Thank you for being a valued IHG One rewards member and for trusting us with your stay. I enjoyed my stay, will...
Liked: Food was excellent, very good selection. Location was within walking distance of event I was attending. Staff was very helpful, informed me of all of the amenities available.
