Great location!!Horrible customer service

Liked: Love that the hotel was near everything!Great location
Disliked: Your front desk host were very unprofessional!Some had attitudes and a few didn't even greet us as we entered and left the property!

Liked: Close proximity to Busch Gardens and the kids loved the pool. The room we had with two bedrooms with king size beds was great.
Disliked: Just had a couple times where it was tough to get hot water for the shower
