Disliked: The staff was so rude, The person at check in was being rude to me and my gf and was making sarcastic extremely inappropriate jokes I STAY HERE VERY OFTEN AND I WILL NEVER COME BACK AGAIN

Liked: Super friendly staff at the front office and Excellent location that allowing a lot of business destinations for my three days trips. Room was very clean and quiet. All amenities including breakfast are adequate for my stay. Quietly operating fan for individual vent automatically stopped whenever the room temperature reached to my set temp and I could sleep very well. Will stay here again on my next trip to Surrey including the Vancouver area.

Disliked: It was a fair walk to amenities such as shops and restaurants.
