Liked: All staff were great, inclusion of breakfast was a great bonus. Quiet room
Disliked: Hard to get air con right, small room, bed felt like sleeping on slope, both firm and soft pillow options not comfy(but that is personal preference). Certainly not value for money

Liked: Breakfast was great and certainly enough variety to choose from.Service was good and nothing was too much when asking for extra tea or milk.
Disliked: If it had to say anything, fluffy towels would be nice, but the only thing.

Liked: Staff friendly. We feel a lot of false advertising. Room service, NO... We had to collect food from reception, room very small and no kitchen facilities ( microwave) resulting in to be forced to order food. And patio absolutely no awning to protect from rain at all and had to use as lounge area had to be used as a bedroom. For the price paid for the 3 nights in a room which was to small which was advertised as a king suite (as mentioned above as false advertising) . Lastly breakfast buffet was absolutely crap. Would never stay again or ever recommend. Very disappointed.
