Liked: The Staff was Fabulous especially Gary! He was a Ray of Sunshine and definitely made our experience better. We had an issue with our first room and quickly moved us to another room! My kids give Gary.. 10 STARS !!!!

Extremely clean hotel with a...

Liked: The lady who checked me in on the afternoon of July 5th was very nice and welcoming. She also tried to help me get online that evening when my room wifi connection was not working. Although the attempt failed, she was very understanding and nice.
Disliked: Room 210 has NO wifi connection. It is a dead spot. I could connect in the hallway and in the lobby, but as soon as I walked into my room, the connection was lost. This was extremely inconvenient, as I was traveling alone and could not connect with friends or tourist destinations in the area without leaving my room.

Bad experience

Liked: Location, staff
Disliked: Moldy smell throughout the hotel, weed smell coming into my bathroom through the vent and spreading into the room, small bed and they wouldn't give me my points because I booked the room through Booking.com.

5/10 wouldn’t recommend

Liked: Nice size rooms
Disliked: The lady at the front desk gave us such a hard time with cleaning the rooms we had 2 separate rooms that haven’t been cleaned in 2 days when we asked her downstairs to have someone come and just change the bedding it was such a hassle she basically called us a liar saying that her house keepers stated that there was a dnd on the door however no one placed them there she was very nasty I never in my life experienced such a hard time with getting the bedding changed and fresh towels especially considering we was there for 2 days before requesting someone to change out the linen and before asking for more towels I’ll probably never stay there again

Disliked: When we first arrived the room had an unpleasant smell but it was easily and quickly resolved
